Making Meals Meaningful

Welcome!

We are thrilled that you want to make your family’s mealtimes more meaningful by having conversations with your kids around topics such as generosity, selflessness, empathy, acceptance and compassion.

Research tells us that one of the best ways to develop a thriving parent-child relationship is to have regular mealtimes together. That’s why Maple Leaf Foods, UNICEF and I have collaborated to come up with a complimentary deck of conversation cards . They provide you with over 50 questions you can ask your children around the table to facilitate meaningful conversation.

What makes the questions on these cards unique is that they were all written by kids and teens, thanks to several schools who partnered with us on this initiative. Sign up for one or both decks of cards – one for parents of kids aged 5-9 and the other for kids aged 10-16. You will receive half the cards now and the other half in one week!

Enjoy, and we look forward to hearing your feedback, stories and questions!

Sincerely,
Dr. Karyn Gordon
