Antonio Park

World-renowned chef Antonio Park is a UNICEF Canada Advocate and a long-time supporter of our work. His introduction to the world of cooking started in his mother’s kitchen, in Argentina. Thanks to a fresh garden and his mom’s insistence on creating everything from scratch, coupled with a drive for sustainability, farm-to-table cooking became his raison d’être. This motivation carried him through years of training under Japan’s most revered cooking masters, fed his ambition to work his way up from a dishwashing station to running two of the most noted restaurants in Montreal, and being a judge on one of Food Network Canada’s top-rated programs Chopped Canada.

Antonio first supported UNICEF Canada in 2018, with the launch of the UNICEF Canada’s One Youth programme, for the “Canada, We Need to Talk” campaign. Antonio is excited to lend his knowledge and voice to promoting every child’s right to good nutrition.
