UNICEF Canada’s 34th Annual Chefs for UNICEF Gala has officially concluded — and together, we raised a record-breaking $590,646 for children around the world!
Extraordinary food met extraordinary purpose as the Maritimes’ most influential business and philanthropic leaders came together for Halifax’s premier culinary event. The Gala welcomed guests to a one-of-a-kind tasting experience featuring food stations helmed by 12 of the region’s top chefs, alongside 95 auction packages, all in support of UNICEF’s mission. A moving keynote by polio survivor and advocate Ramesh Ferris resonated deeply with the audience and served as a powerful reminder of why UNICEF’s work for children matters. It was truly an unforgettable night, filled with amazing food, connection and life-changing impact.
Thanks to the Halifax community, children in over 190 countries and territories will have greater access to healthcare, nutrition, education, protection and hope for a brighter future.

The Chefs for UNICEF Gala in Halifax supports UNICEF’s global programs to protect children’s rights and provide life-saving assistance. Funds raised at the event support vital initiatives in education, health, nutrition, and water in the countries where they’re most needed. In 2025, the community raised $480,000, helping UNICEF provide essential services to children in over 190 countries.
