UNICEF Ambassadors

UNICEF is privileged to have a long history of support from influential individuals across the globe. In 1954, Danny Kaye became the first UNICEF Ambassador followed by Audrey Hepburn and Roger Moore.

UNICEF Ambassadors have a wide range of talents and achievements but all share a commitment to improving the lives of children worldwide. They serve as positive role models through their work, have helped draw public attention to children's issues and raise funds for UNICEF-supported programmes.

UNICEF Canada Ambassadors

UNICEF Canada Ambassadors use their platforms to increase public awareness of every child’s right to a childhood, and of UNICEF's work in Canada and globally.

Known for his work on screen, including as Marvel's first Asian superhero, Simu Liu champions children's rights as a UNICEF Canada Ambassador. Through advocacy and awareness, he's inviting more people to speak up, show up and Care Hard for children.
