As you may know, starting November 15, 2024, Canada Post services are disrupted across the country. You can still give a gift and make an immediate impact by:
- Donating online, which also means you’ll instantly receive your tax receipt by email
- Completing your Survival Gifts order online
- Phoning us at 1 800 567 4483, any time of day
- Visiting our Toronto office if you are nearby
If the service disruption affects multiple business days:
- It could take longer for you to mail a donation or a Survival Gifts order;
- Your Survival Gifts print card could take longer to be mailed to yourself or to a loved one;
- Your next Paddington’s Postcards package could be delayed;
- Your mailed tax receipt may not arrive right way if you are expecting one.
With the most crucial fundraising season upon us, we want you to know that you can still make a difference for children today.
