Did you know? Children living in countries in armed conflict situations are more likely to be living in extreme poverty. They are more likely to die before their fifth birthday. And children who survive to primary-school age may not be able to go to school. Half of all populations that are without sanitation and safe drinking water live in countries affected by conflict.
