The Opportunity
The Donor Engagement Administration team functions as the first opportunity to make a positive impact upon supporters who call UNICEF. The Gift Administration Coordinator is responsible for maintaining data quality and integrity within our Database Management systems.
Key Accountabilities
Data Entry (100%)
- Accurately input donations into database in a timely manner as required.
- Seasonal campaign assistance will include Survival Gifts
- Ensure optimal data quality by monitoring order fulfillment
- Assisting with simple queries/exports as required
- Perform other duties as needed to support team objectives
Qualifications
- Excellent at multi-tasking and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Strong team player
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High level of problem-solving aptitude
- Post-secondary graduate
- Windows PC Proficiency
- Experience using Microsoft Office products especially Excel and Access applications
- Experience using The Raiser’s Edge and Engaging Networks preferred
