We are seeking a talented individual for the contract role of Gift Processing Coordinator.

The Opportunity

The Donor Engagement Administration team functions as the first opportunity to make a positive impact upon supporters who call UNICEF.  The Gift Administration Coordinator is responsible for maintaining data quality and integrity within our Database Management systems.

Key Accountabilities

Data Entry (100%)

  • Accurately input donations into database in a timely manner as required.
  • Seasonal campaign assistance will include Survival Gifts
  • Ensure optimal data quality by monitoring order fulfillment
  • Assisting with simple queries/exports as required
  • Perform other duties as needed to support team objectives

  • Post-secondary graduate
  • Windows PC Proficiency
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products especially Excel and Access applications
  • Experience using The Raiser’s Edge and Engaging Networks preferred
